With this third volume of the Sacred Journey of Ku-Kai series, Kitaro looks into the buddhist monk Kukai’s tracks (774-835), who started an 88 sacred temples pilgrimage on the Shikoku island, Japan, over 11 years ago.

He transcribes this spiritual voyage by recording each and every one of the temple’s bells, recalling by doing so the variety of sounds and melts them with electronic sounds.
